Code of Conduct (Deal Breakers)
To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our community, certain behaviors are deal-breakers:
Violations:
- Not adhering to the values
- Confidentiality breach
- Fabricating data or metrics
- Violating the strict non-solicitation (i.e. no pitching or selling inside the community)
- Missing more than 1 monthly lab in a year
Our Process: Violations trigger a 1-on-1 conversation with our facilitator. One violation could result in removal from the group. Persistent issues or more than one violation will result in removal from the community to protect the experience for all members.

Govindh Jayaraman
Entrepreneur/Coach
Govindh is a portfolio entrepreneur who started his first company at 18 and has since founded or partnered in more than a dozen companies across industries from contracting to software, healthcare to renewable fuels. Born in Ottawa to entrepreneurial parents, he founded his first technology company in 1996 and returned to tech in 2015 with IMBA Medical, which has become a leader in supporting chronic disease prevention and wellness. Called "A Modern Day Napoleon Hill" for his work creating Paper Napkin Wisdom, Govindh is the bestselling author and host of the popular podcast by the same name, collecting wisdom from successful entrepreneurs and leaders. As an EO Accelerator facilitator and mentor, he's known for his ability to help entrepreneurs evolve their strategies while providing practical guidance for sustainable success. His mission is to show people everywhere how they can be successful while changing the world in the process.
Dustin Wells
Entrepreneur/Coach
Dustin is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and executive advisor with over two decades of experience and two successful exits under his belt. As former President & CEO of Headspring, he's passionate about using his entrepreneurial experience to help other founders, serving as an angel investor and active mentor for startup CEOs at Capital Factory. Dustin previously served as President of both the Austin chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Technology Entrepreneur Exchange (TeXchange), focusing on providing learning and networking opportunities to help business owners effectively scale their companies. His leadership has been recognized with Austin's Rockstar Entrepreneur of the Year Award and KPMG Executive Leadership Award. Now supporting leaders in finding clarity, calm, and capacity in their businesses and lives, Dustin believes in "summiting your current mountain"—fully committing to the climb you're on before deciding what's next.
